Description/Location

Koala Court Holiday Apartments offer one, two and three bedroom fully self contained apartments in an ideal central location adjacent to the Cairns central business district. There are numerous restaurants in the vicinity and the Cairns Central shopping complex, the Convention Centre, the Pier Marketplace, the Reef Casino, the Marina and Trinity Wharf are all also only minutes away.

The Koala Court Holiday Apartments are close to all activities and amenities the region has to offer, including the awe-inspiring Great Barrier Reef and Rainforest. The village of Port Douglas is just one hour drive along scenic ocean front north of Cairns. Staff at the hotel will be able to assist with all tour needs.

The Facilities

The Koala Court Holiday Apartments are comfortable fully self contained with open plan lounge/dining kitchen area, and separate bedrooms and bathrooms.

The spacious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments contain either queen size or single beds. Some apartments contain sofa beds also.

Each unit comes equipped with all bedding , kitchen appliances and washer and dryer.

● Apartments are serviced mid stay for stays of 7 days or more.

Usual Season Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:

  • A deposit equal to 10% of the full stay will be charged at the time of making the booking.
  • This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason.
  • The remaining 90% of the accommodation costs will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of booked arrival will incur an additional fee equal to the cost of the first nights accommodation. This amount is on top of the 10% deposit.
  • By proceeding with the booking it is understood the the above conditions have been accepted.
