● Minimum Stay: 3 Night minimum stay is required
● Cleaning: 1 maid service each week is included
in the tariff.
Additional cleaning cam be provided at an extra cost.
● Extra Guest: All Apartments feature a Double
Sofa Bed. Additional Guests
up to maximum indicated cost A$25 per guest per night
● Infants: Infants are children under 3 years
of age. A cot is available
for A$5 per night. Strollers and high chairs are not available at this
property
● Internet: High-Speed internet is available
in the foyer of the Hotel - A$2
per 15 minutes or A$5 per hour. Dial Up internet is available through
the
phone line in your apartment.
● Meals: There is no Restaurant or Cafe on the
property. however cafes and Restaurants are nearby.
● Parking: Secure Undercover Parking is available

● Transfers: An Airport shuttle service can be
arranged - cost A$37 for 1 or
2 people + A$5 for each additional person. The hotel will provide
complimentary shuttle to the hotel for bookings of 5 nights or more.

Usual Season Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:
- A deposit equal to 10% of the full stay will be charged at the time of making the booking.
- This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason.
- The remaining 90% of the accommodation costs will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay
- Cancellations within 14 days of booked arrival will incur an additional fee equal to the cost of the first nights accommodation.
(on top of the 10% deposit)
