● Minimum Stay: 2 Night minimum stay in all apartments

● Cleaning: Weekly Maid service (after 7 days) is included in the tariff.
   Additional cleaning cam be provided at an extra cost.

● Extra Guests: 1 Rollaway bed can be included - A$25 per night

● Infants: Infants are children under 3 years of age. An infant cot is
   available for A$8 per night. Strollers and high chairs - A$4 per night

● Internet: High-Speed internet is available - extra charges apply

● Meals: There is no Restaurant or cafe on the property.

● Parking: Off Street parking is available free of charge

● Transfers: This hotel does not offer airport transfers.  A taxi to this hotel
   from the airport will cost approximately A$10

Usual Season Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:

• A deposit equal to 10% of the full stay will be charged at the time of making the booking.
• This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason.
• The remaining 90% of the accommodation costs will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay
• Cancellations within 48 hours of booked arrival will incur an additional fee equal to the cost of the first nights accommodation. This amount is on top of the 10% deposit.
• By proceeding with the booking it is understood the the above conditions have been accepted.
