As the city of Cairns, itself does not have a sandy beach frontage the York Beach front Apartments may provide the perfect accommodation option for your stay near Cairns if a beach front holiday is what you are after. 

All of York Beachfront Apartments are self-contained holiday apartments that face the ocean so you can enjoy the cooling ocean breeze on the apartment's wide balconies and private courtyard gardens.

Accommodation Options - York Beachfront Apartments

• Minimum Stay: 3 Night minimum stay in all apartments
• Cleaning: 1 maid service each week (after 7 days) is included in the tariff. Additional cleaning can be provided at an extra cost.
• Meals: There is no on-site restaurant or cafe - however, there are nearby cafes and restaurants.
• Parking: Secure Undercover Parking is available Free of Charge.
• Transfers: This hotel does not offer airport transfers. Courtesy Transfers are available from Cairns Airport to the The York Beachfront Apartments for stays 7 nights or longer.
• Extra Guests: additional Guests up to maximum indicated cost A$15 per person per night.

  Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:

• A deposit equal to 10% of the full stay will be charged at the time of making the booking.
• This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason.
• The remaining 90% of the accommodation costs will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay
• Cancellations within 4 - 7 days of booked arrival will incur an additional fee equal to the cost of the first nights accommodation.
• This amount is on top of the 10% deposit. Cancellations within 3 days of booked arrival will incur an additional fee equal to the cost of the first 2 nights accommodation.
• This amount is on top of the 10% deposit. Cancellations within 2 days of booked arrival or failure to show or shortening of stay once begun will incur an additional fee equal to half the cost of booked accommodation.
• This amount is on top of the 10% deposit. By proceeding with the booking it is understood the the above conditions have been accepted.
