• There is a maximum of 3 adults per room - additional charge of $36/night for the 2nd and 3rd adult will apply.

• Maximum Hotel Room Capacity Policy The hotel accepts a maximum of three (3) adults per room and up to a maximum of four (4) pax per room.

• Reservations: All reservations are subject to availability and must be received in writing.
• All amendments must also be received in writing. Deposits:
• A deposit of 10% will be charged by M-power to the clients as a non-refundable service fee.
• The balance of monies owing shall be paid directly to the hotel by the client on arrival.
• Cancellation Policy Within 48 hours prior to arrival, rooms cancelled are subject to a cancellation fee of the first night's revenue.
• All cancellations must be received in writing.
• Check-in Time Check-in time is from 1400hrs.
• Guests requiring check-in prior to 1200 noon will require pre-registration to guarantee check-in.
• Check-out Time/Day Use Policy Check-out time is 1100hrs.
• Later departures up to 1500hrs are available subject to availability, at 50% of the daily rate being charged.
• Beyond 1500hrs the full day rate will be applicable.
