HOTEL POLICIES

Rates

Rates are expressed in Australian dollars, include Goods and Services Tax. These rates are for future bookings for the validity dates as specified.

Child Policy (0-16 years)

Accommodation Children sharing existing bedding, no charge

Meals Infants 0-2 years - No charge

Child 3-11 years 50% of meal rate

Child 12 upwards 100% of meal rate

Maximum Hotel Room Capacity Policy

The hotel accepts a maximum of three (3) adults per room and up to a maximum of four (4) pax per room. Additional third adult -- rollaway charges will apply.

Reservations:

All reservations are subject to availability and must be received in writing. All amendments must also be received in writing.

Deposits:

A deposit of 10% will be charged by M-power to the clients as a non-refundable service fee. The balance of monies owing shall be paid directly to the hotel by the client on arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Within 48 hours prior to arrival, rooms cancelled are subject to a cancellation fee of the first night's revenue.

All cancellations must be received in writing.

Check-in Time

Check-in time is from 1400hrs. Guests requiring check-in prior to 1200 noon will require pre-registration to guarantee check-in.

Check-out Time/Day Use Policy

Check-out time is 1100hrs. Later departures up to 1500hrs are available subject to availability, at 50% of the daily rate being charged. Beyond 1500hrs the full day rate will be applicable.
