to explore all the natural wonders of tropical north, The Property
features 10 Two bedroom multi-level villas in lush tropical
surrounds and a private saltwater 'jungle' pool. The villas
are fully self contained and spacious each has a private courtyard
and balcony.

Four Mile Beach, with swimming year round in the Coral Sea.
There is a myriad of activities to choose from while visiting

in the Great Barrier Reef or exploring the oldest rainforest
on earth in the Daintree World Heritage area. Further inland
are the Atherton Tablelands, with ancient volcanic lakes and
sparkling waterfall pools.

Booking Policy:
● At time of booking, 2 charges are made:
● 10% non refundable charge.
● Either $200 in usual season or $400 in high
Season.
Cancellation Policy:
● Cancellations made after time of booking
and more than 28 days before booked
time of arrival loose the 10% deposit and an $30 cancellation fee.
● Cancellations made within 27 days and 7
days of booked time of arrival, loose the ●
10% deposit and the first night's cost of accommodation.
● Cancellations made within 7 days of booked
time of arrival, loose the 10%
deposit and the first 2 night's cost of accommodation.
● No Show or shortening of the booking will
lose all deposits paid.
