• At time of booking, 2 charges are made:
• a) 10% non refundable charge and.
• b) Either $200 in usual season or $400 in high Season.
• Cancellation Policy:
• Cancellations made after time of booking and more than 28 days before booked time of arrival loose the 10% deposit and an $30 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 27 days and 7 days of booked time of arrival, loose the
• 10% deposit and the first night's cost of accommodation.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of booked time of arrival, loose the 10% deposit and the first 2 night's cost of accommodation.
• No Show or shortening of the booking will lose all deposits paid.
