Accommodation Options December 31, 2007

• *Additional Guest Fifth guest in 2 Bedroom Apartment and 7th guest in 3 Bedroom Apartment uses a rollaway bed
• The above rates apply to the number of occupants using a bed irrespective of age.
• Infant's Cots, high-chair, and stroller/pusher can be provided at an addition charge of $8/item per night or $40/item per week.
• Transfers: Courtesy transfers can be arranged to and from Cairns Airport - for stays of 7 nights or longer. For shorter stays, transfers can be arranged at extra cost.
• Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:
• 2 charges will apply at time of booking:
  • A 10% non refundable deposit of the booked stay
  • The remaining 90% of the first 2 nights will also be charged.
• In Low Season - November 1st - May 31st
• If the booking is cancelled more than 8 day prior to booked arrival the 10% deposit only will be forfeited.
• If the booking is cancelled within 8 day of booked arrival or the guest fails to show, a further charge of the first 2 nights will be forfeited.
• In High Season - June 1st to October 31st
• If the booking is cancelled more than 28 day prior to booked arrival the 10% deposit only will be forfeited.
• If the booking is cancelled within 28 and 8 day of booked arrival, a further charge of the first 2 nights will be forfeited.
• If the booking is cancelled within 7 day of booked arrival or the guest fails to show, the full cost of booked stay will be forfeited.
• By Proceeding with this booking, it is understood this policy has been accepted.
