• Usual Season Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:
• A deposit equal to 10% of the full stay will be charged at the time of making the booking.
• This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason.
• The remaining 90% of the accommodation costs will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
• Cancellation or shortening of stay more than 28 days prior to booked arrival date will be charged a further A$50 admin fee.
• Cancellation or shortening of stay within 28 days of booked arrival date will be charged the full cost of booked stay.
• Failure to show for the booking or shortening of stay once commenced will be charged the full cost of booked stay.
• By proceeding with the booking it is understood the the above conditions have been accepted.
